Living Through Art Tattoos is a tattoo and piercing studio located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, specializing in custom tattoos, piercings, cover-ups, and tattoo aftercare guidance.
2. Eligibility
- Clients must be at least 18 years old for tattoos and certain piercings.
- Valid government-issued identification may be required before any procedure.
- Minors may only receive eligible services with parental/guardian consent as per applicable laws.
3. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments can be scheduled online, through social media, or by phone.
- Booking deposits may be required to confirm appointments.
- Deposits are non-refundable in case of no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
4. Health & Safety
- Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, infections, or medications before the procedure.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a procedure is considered unsafe.
- Strict hygiene and sterilization protocols are followed at all times.
5. Tattoo & Piercing Risks
By receiving a tattoo or piercing, you acknowledge that:
- Skin irritation, allergic reactions, infections, or fading may occur.
- Tattoo results may vary depending on skin type and aftercare.
- Proper aftercare is essential for healing and final appearance.
6. Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by Living Through Art Tattoos. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect healing and results.
7. Payments
- Full or partial payment may be required before the service begins.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Additional charges may apply for complex customizations or extended sessions.
8. Intellectual Property
- Custom tattoo designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Living Through Art Tattoos unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We may photograph completed work for portfolio, website, or promotional use unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Living Through Art Tattoos shall not be held liable for:
- Allergic reactions or complications caused by undisclosed medical conditions.
- Improper aftercare performed by the client.
- Variations in healed tattoo appearance.
